The girl, who was just 31 weeks pregnant, was checked into a hospital in Puebla on October 22 because she was suffering from seizures and other potentially fatal complications.

She had a baby boy by Caesarean section weighing 3 pounds, 5 ounces at the Women’s Hospital, 60 miles outside of Mexico City.
